All of my knives are made out of high carbon steel, which is heat treated for the best performance. My preferred steeles are 1095, 1084, 80crv2, and old files, which I re-harden
The wood I use is either from my parents property, or scraps from local wood workers. After I receive the wood, it is shipped out to get stabilized so it is more durable, and will not soak up moisture.
I make the sheaths out of vegetable tanned leather, which I mold to shape, stitch and die.
